Vision of the Niavaran Cultural and Historical Complex
The Niavaran Cultural and Historical Complex, in line with the overall goals of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, is to “achieve the country’s true position as one of the global tourism hubs through quantitative and qualitative development of national tourism, product diversity and market adaptation to it, improving the quality and standardization of tourism services and facilitating travel” and “identifying, researching and documenting, introducing, educating and promoting the protection, revival and wise use of the country’s cultural heritage (tangible and intangible), natural and traditional arts” and has defined its vision as follows:

“Becoming Tehran’s tourism hub and a leading complex in preserving cultural heritage assets”

Mission of the Niavaran Cultural and Historical Complex
The Niavaran Cultural and Historical Complex, in line with the overall goals of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, is to “strengthen and deepen the relationship between society and natural and cultural heritage and assets and promote public awareness to increase social capital in the cultural heritage (tangible and intangible), natural and handicrafts and tourism sectors” and “develop capacities and enhance capabilities existing in the fields of cultural heritage (tangible and intangible), natural, traditional art and knowledge and indigenous technology, handicrafts and tourism” and states its mission to achieve the aforementioned vision as follows:

“Preserving cultural assets and promoting public awareness of the resources available to the Niavaran historical cultural complex with an approach to enhancing credibility through creative and up-to-date methods”
